Operational quality is not just a phrase to us here in VIP Delivery. The quietly of our business operation is very important to us. We are going to be constantly watching over the operations and making sure our business is done according to customers’ satisfaction. So how are going to operate our business?

We mainly will have three ways for our customers to contact us and make their order/request. They can choose any service the like and feel most comfortable with.

First: Through the phone operator.

Second: Through our website.

Third: Through our smartphone application.

 

Like any other delivery company we offer the ability to call our office where one of our well-trained employees in customer service will assist the customer to register in our customer database with basic information; name, age, address, Email, phone number and so on. And then by having a certain name or phone number an employee will be able to access the records of a customer in the database where all the orders will be kept by time of placement and delivery.

Our phone operators do an essential job, helping customers to access services and meet their obligations, and help them if they were facing any kind of problem when ordering by the website or the smartphones application.

The website of our company will be an easy access and user friendly tool to communicate with the customers then can fill out a form after they sign in And it will include the following:



As soon as the order is placed it will be reviewed by our employee and if there is anything nor clear they will contact the customer for more clarification and for conformation.

Once the delivery is made successfully the customer will be given chance to place any comment or complains either online or call the company. The customers will also receive a confirmation text-message with time and date of the deliver that had been made so it can be registered in the system.
