Introduction

Introduction

   We were asked to make a project about any business idea in any field and then start developing that idea at all levels as much as possible.

   We have chosen a delivery company called VIP delivery company, it’s a company that delivers different types of products to the final customers. VIP delivery company has several features that together make it different from others. We will discuss about all those features in details.

      The aim of our project is to develop the idea, identify what the company will do, how will it generate revenue and how will it make profit.

    It is an overview. The purpose of an executive summary is to summarize the key points of a document for its readers, saving them time and preparing them for the upcoming content[1].

 

    VIP delivery company delivers everything customers do not have time to do. We started in Al Ain then after a couple of months we will expand in all emirates in the UAE. We have two cars for home delivery and three drivers. VIP delivery company located in Town Center to make it easier to see by customers and to deliver products at high speed. 

    Our target market is people who do not have time to receive their purchases and people who do not own a car. 

 

    Our slogan is “more care…more customers”. Everybody knows that if you care about customers and be loyal with them, customers will love you and at the end you will have many customers loyal to you.

Overview of the Company - General Company Description

¨  General company description

 

    VIP delivery company, it’s a company and the correct name for this is a joint stock company. It made up of five persons. We put our money together so we commonly known as shareholders.

    Each person owns a share of the business and each expect a share of the profits too. Each shareholder puts money into the company and receives a portion of the company – shares – equivalent to what they put in[1].

    VIP delivery company works 24/7 to deliver customer’s need at any time, in any place and to make our customers fully satisfied. Furthermore, customer could choose the delivery time he wants.

    To ease your life, we have designed a website in case you do not have a recharge cards in your cellphone. That website will help you to make your desired order and our job is deliver it to your home.

    For more fun, we have designed applications for smartphones.

Overview of the Company - Products and Services

¨  Products and services

    VIP delivery company is a service company that delivers different types of products to the customers with special packages.

    Packaging involves designing and producing the container or wrapper for a product[1]. It plays an important part in preventing loss or damage to the packaged-product (contents) and it’s a critical point for the customers[2].

    We use packages with a very unique features in order to provide protection to our customers. Our packaging features are recycled papers that certified by the Ministry of Health, chemical free and friendly environment. What is more, we do a special packaging if customer wants to.

    VIP delivery company delivers many thing such as:

Overview of the Company - Management and Organization

¨  Management and organization

    Management is the act of getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively[1].

    VIP delivery company follows five steps to have an efficient and effective management:

First step is planning: all employees participate in the process of making decision about objectives and activities that an organization will pursue in the future. Planning helps to avoid mistakes.

Second step is organizing: every step we do, we have to go back to our manager  to oversee and to give us his opinion. 

Third step is staffing: each department must have enough work to do in order to fulfill organizational goals. Free time is unacceptable.

Fourth step is leading: as employees, we should listen well to our subordinates to understand and contribute efficiently and effectively to the attainment of organization goals.

Fifth step is controlling: usually we do measurement and correction of performance to make sure that enterprise objectives and the plans devised to attain them are being accomplished.
