Management and organization
Management is the act of getting people
together to accomplish desired goals and objectives using
available resources efficiently and effectively[1].
Fourth step
is leading: as employees, we
should listen well
to our subordinates to understand and contribute efficiently and
effectively to the attainment of organization goals.
Fifth step
is controlling: usually we do measurement and
correction of performance to make sure that enterprise objectives and the plans
devised to attain them are being accomplished.
