Marketing plan
Marketing is the process of communicating the value of our product or service to customers. Marketing might sometimes be interpreted as the art of
selling products, but selling is only a small fraction of marketing. As the
term "Marketing" may replace "Advertising" it is the overall strategy and function of
promoting a product or service to the customer.[1]
In VIP Delivery we will need to work extra
hard in marketing since the community and the society that we are targeting may
not accept the idea of getting their grocery for example done by a delivery
company.
We will relay on marketing because we think
the way we deliver our vision and how our service is done will bring customers
in such a small community such as Alain city to warm up to new ideas and
turning to easy way to solve time conflicts. If customers need to multitask and
do things on time they will can always count on our service and that’s what we hope
to make them see.
The marketing plan for our
business will define and direct the marketing activities that will build a
customer base for us and therefore help us increase revenue. It encourages an
organization to look inwardly and outwardly to understand the impact of
marketing decisions and the target market. A marketing plan will create goals
and encourage a business to expand, including delivery service[2].
In today’s fiercely competitive online world,
if your brand is not visible then it does not exist. No matter how amazing the
design[3].
So we are trying to focus our attention on both offering easy way for customers
to use our service and also promote these services so people will know about
them.
Perhaps as our business grows we will plan on
making television commercials, featuring how helpful our service is for those
who doesn’t have the time to do certain things.
Of
course on big scale we will be looking at sponsoring big events in the city,
sports or art related events.
