Finally, we are hoping that the
way we had planned to start and run our VIP Delivery Company would make it a
successful business. While working on this project we learned many things among
them; that we should place the basics as how the business would be and how it
will operate along with estimated cost and see what are the chances of us
making it in the market alongside our competitors.
We also learned the importance of
forecasting in business, whether it’s for a short term or a long term it plays
a very important role on minimizing the mistakes resulting from the decisions
that are constantly made through the life of business.
Another thing we realized while
putting the financial plan is that we need to do an extensive research on
actual costs required to operate the business since we weren’t familiar with
most of them and we had to rely on estimation.
